Following studies in IT, Telecoms and security, Jerome held for more than 15 years various responsibilities in managing activities and projects related to IT, Cybersecurity, Synergies developement and business transformation.

This acquired experience in complex and international environments provided him a broad vision of digital transformation challenges from business, technological and human perspectives. In parallel, he was gradually approaching ecosystems focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.

After an Executive MBA (ESCP Europe), he decided to create Cadran7, a consulting and investment firm on digital strategy, transformation and trust. With an approach focused on usages and people, he’s advising startups and companies on strategy and execution, helping them to get involved at the heart of the digital transformation taking into account their core business, values ​​and culture. He is also involved in business takeovers and startups funding.

Since 2016, he is co-founder and full-time CEO of PREMEDIT, a startup specialized in Digital Health for Sports and Physical Activity.
